Course Fee
Full course fee, in bank transfer or crossed cheque payable to COENS Safety, must be paid before a course is due to start.
Course Cancellation
Note that the full fee is charged if a cancellation is received less than 2 working days before a course is due to start. For block booking 80% of the full course fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 4 working days before the course. For block booking 50% of the full course fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 7 working days before the course. However substitutions are welcome at any time.
Certificate
A certificate is issued to each course participant who passes / completes the course satisfactorily.
Safety & Health Personal Passport
The Safety and Health Personal Passport will be updated and stamped on completion of the course.
Personal Protective Clothing
Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the course will be supplied according to the courses.
Medical
For most of the courses, participants need a high standard of physical fitness and be free from any respiratory disorder and heart disease. Therefore, a valid medical certificate is compulsory.
Language
Courses are offered in Korean and English. During course booking please indicate the required language as participants must read and understand oral instructions in the language of the course and be capable of being understood in it.
Lunch/Refreshment
Lunch/refreshment are provided free during course breaks.
