Course Fee
Full course fee, in bank draft or crossed cheque payable to SMTC, must be paid before a course is due to start.
Course Cancellation
Note
that the full fee is charged if a cancellation is received less than 3
working days before a course is due to start. For block booking 50% of
the full course fee will be charged for cancellations received less
than 7 working days before the course. However substitutions are
welcome at any time.
Certificate/ID Card
A certificate or an ID card is issued to each course participant who passes / completes the course satisfactorily.
Safety & Health Personal Passport
The Safety and Health Personal Passport will be issued, updated and stamped on completion of the course.
Personal Protective Clothing
Course participants must bring their personal protective clothing as specified in the course joining instructions.
Medical
For
most of the courses, participants need a high standard of physical
fitness and be free from any respiratory disorder and heart disease.
Therefore, a valid medical certificate is compulsory.
Language
Courses
are offered in English, Malay, Arabic and Mandarin. During course
booking please indicate the required language as participants must read
and understand oral instructions in the language of the course and be
capable of being understood in it.
Lunch/Refreshment
Lunch/refreshment are provided free during course breaks.
WiFi Access
Complimentary WiFi access is available at our training facilities.
